1. Who we are
The Radar service (radar.rn20.digital) is operated by Mesh Communication SAS, 13 rue Pierre Juppont, 31500 Toulouse, France, Toulouse Trade Register 889 859 880, acting as data controller. Contact: bonjour@rn20.digital.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), time zone, subscribed plan.
- Watch data: topics, sources and settings you enter, generated digests, sending history.
- Recipients: email addresses of the people you add to a watch. Each recipient confirms their subscription and can unsubscribe from every email.
- Billing data: customer identifier and subscription status provided by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) kept for security, and acquisition source (UTM parameters) recorded when the account is created.
We use no third-party analytics and only set strictly necessary cookies (session, language preference, referral and acquisition source, 30 days at most).
3. Why we use it
- Providing the Service and sending your digests: contract.
- Managing your subscription and billing: contract and legal obligations.
- Sending service emails (login, confirmation, billing, alerts): contract.
- Securing the Service and preventing abuse: legitimate interest.
- Measuring where our customers come from (acquisition source): legitimate interest, no profiling.
We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
4. Who has access
Your data is processed by providers established in the European Union, with no transfer outside the EU:
- Scaleway SAS (Paris): application and database hosting.
- Mistral AI SAS (Paris): summary generation. Only the public content collected and your watch settings are sent to it, never your identity or your recipients’.
- Resend (European infrastructure): email delivery.
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Dublin): payment and billing for paid plans.
AI connector. Radar produces your entire watch in France, on Mistral AI models hosted by Scaleway; Radar sends no data to OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft or Google. If you choose to connect a third-party assistant (Le Chat by Mistral AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or a developer tool) to your account, that assistant receives, at your request and only while you use it, the content of the issues you ask it to read or search, and the description of a watch you ask it to prepare. That data is then processed by the assistant’s provider under its own terms, outside Radar’s infrastructure. You can remove an assistant’s access at any time from the AI connector page; changing your password removes it too. Radar logs each call made by an assistant (account, tool, date, result) without keeping its content.
5. How long
- Account and watch data: for the lifetime of your account, then deleted within 30 days of closure.
- Unsubscribed recipients: address kept on a suppression list so it is never emailed again.
- Invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Technical logs: 12 months at most.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, object to and restrict processing. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, or write to bonjour@rn20.digital. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted data access, hosting in France. Should a data breach likely affect you, we notify you within the timeframes set by the GDPR.
8. Changes
Any substantial change to this policy is notified by email. Our Terms of Sale and legal notice complement this document.
